Enable Rainout Re-Scheduler

If you wish to enable the Rainout Re-Scheduler after configuring the league you may do this at any time. In order to enable a team’s ability to reschedule their own games follow the instructions below.
There are two ways to accomplish this task.
 
The first way to enable Rainout Re-Scheduling is:
  1. Login as an Administrator.
  2. Select GamePlan in Control Panel.
  3. Select Organization> Leagues and Teams
  4. Select League that you want to enable Rainout Re-Scheduler.
  5. Select Registrations> Team Registration
  6. Click Select Item under the Customer Purchase Sequence.  As shown below we have selected the Summer Youth League.
 
  1. Select Allow access to Re-Scheduling as shown below
  2. Click Configure selected item

  1. Click Add the ability to Reschedule
  2. Click I’m finished configuring this item
  3. Rain out rescheduling is now enabled for this league.
 
The second way to enable Rainout Re-Scheduling is:
  1. Login as an Administrator.
  2. Select GamePlan in Control Panel.
  3. Select E-Commerce System> Registrations and Merchandise
  4. Team Registration> League
  5. Click Select Item under the Customer Purchase Sequence.  As shown below we have selected the Summer Youth League
  6. Select Allow access to Rescheduling as shown below
  7. Click Configure selected item
  1. Click Add the ability to Reschedule
  2. Click I’m finished configuring this item
  3. Rain out rescheduling is now enabled for this league.
