Linking Items, Programs, or Registrations
  1. First we will create all of the Work Duty programs. Here we will want to copy the following programs.
    1. Baseball Optional Parent Work Program
    2. Baseball SGM Parishioner / Non Parishioner
    3. Baseball Concession Stand Fee
  2. Go to “Facility Administration / Work Duties and Signups.
  3. Select New
  4. Select New Signup Program
  5. Select “Make a copy of an existing program” and click Next
  6. Select the “Baseball Optional Parent Work Program” and click Next
  7. Give the program a new name and click Next
  8. Add any additional options and when done click “I’m done adding categories”
  9. Click Finish
  10. Refresh the page.
  11. There is a bug so you will need to select the new program which will need to select the new program which will be listed as “undefined” and re-name the program by re-entering the “Program Name” and save.
  12. Edit the description or the program and items if required.
  13. Select New Signup Program
  14. Select “Make a copy of an existing program” and click Next
  15. Select the “Baseball SGM Parishioner / Non Parishioner” and click Next
  16. Give the program a new name and click Next
  17. Add any additional options and when done click “I’m done adding categories”
  18. Click Finish
  19. Refresh the page.

  23. Select “Make a copy of an existing program” and click Next

  27. Click Finish
  28. Refresh the page.

  30. Edit the description or the program and items if required.
 
Now go back to the Main Menu and select “E-Commerce System / Registrations and Merchandise” and then select “Player Registrations” and then select the program that you need to edit.  Here we will select “2006 SGM Youth Volleyball Player Registrations”.
Now we will modify the “Customer Purchase Sequence” by Clicking on “Select Item”
1.     Select “Link to another item (Family fee, Program Signup, or other items)” as shown below.
 
2.     Click on “Configure selected item”
3.     Select the program as shown below
 
4.     Click on “Add this item relationship”
5.     Repeat this process to add the three programs that we created above.
6.     When done click on “I’m Finished configuring this item”
 
Now we will need to give the coaches the ability to access coupons for their exemptions.  Now select “Team Registrations” and select the registrations that for teams that we are working with, here we select “2006
